In the news a couple of days ago was the newest on Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students back in November 2022. (The names of the four students are Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Kaylee Goncalves, and Madison Mogen.) His legal team has just filed his supposed alibi for what he was doing in the wee hours of November 13, 2022. He says he was in the vicinity of Moscow-Pullman Highway that morning star gazing, hiking, and driving around. His phone goes off the grid at 2:47a and comes back on at 4:48a. that morning. I think that the cellphone evidence is circumstantial at best. A very weak alibi. Funny the phone comes back on just after the time the murders took place. And, there is still the knife sheath found at the scene of the murders with his DNA on it. I think that one piece of evidence is the smoking gun in this case. The defense says there were many prints in that house. But, I think his alone on the sheath speaks volumes. The next court date is June 26th at 9a. What are your thoughts?

Well, I sure would not want this guy roaming around free. My thoughts are for him to specifically show where he was that morning say on a map and see if there might be anywhere that would have a traffic camera or anything to see if his car was caught on camera, Otherwise how can you prove where he actually was at that time,

He admits to being out there. They have proof by his cell phone but no camera as yet. You can't really prove where he was. Just that he was in the area. And, that his phone went off and back on just the time of the murders.

@celticeagle well I sure hope they make absolutely sure before they let him go. The guy who did that stabbing at the mall in Australia was let go three months previously for whatever he did because of good behavior and then disaster struck,

I think they need to gather more evidence and put this guy away.
