What's for dinner? April 29

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
My options are either some kind of chicken or pasta so I'm going with pasta. I'm trying a new recipe from Ina Garten's newest cookbook "Go-To Dinners". It is for Lemon Linguine with Zucchini and Basil. That sounds delicious and it also includes baby spinach for extra veg/nutrition. We shall see how it turns out.

P.S. If our beloved Fredo was here he would be having antipasto with his husband Mike.

I made some sliders with American cheese, However the only kind of ground beef I can get is not very qualitative so I am not buying any more and will stick to chicken,

@NJChicaa the ground beef just does not come out well. No matter what I make with it. I can only afford the frozen ground beef rolls and so I won/t get them again, It was great growing up when we lived in a neighborhood you could get meat from the butcher shop,
