when you take some medicine and lay down and your cpap doesn't work! Maybe not a cpap for you, but something. I just don't really know why my cpap wasn't working. I unplugged a couple of things I didn't need or use. The things plugged into my 'tower' were just a snake of wires around it. I ended up unplugging the cpap as well, and then wrapping up all the wires and binding them around the 'brick' thing that converts U.S. plugs to handle the machine. Now the wires over there are no longer a tangled set of snakes. But it did not help my headache! I try to lay back during and after I take the medicine (in the form of a nose spray) I don't have to taste it. It is not nice tasting, but I guess I was so annoyed about the plug and wires it distracted me from the taste. Yes, I tasted it, but not like it has been in the past. What sort of things bother you before you try to go to sleep?

Oh, I've a lifetime case of insomnia, got it, like the migraines, from my father. I will also say that knocking caffeine out in the evening does seem to have made my case less... oh, and all the stuff to help me sleep, those help too

When we get ready to go to sleep at night the cats for some reason turn wild and run all over the house. We ignore them and go to bed.

My cats sometimes do that. I sleep in a 'cat-free' zone. My room has too many things to knock down. I used to sleep with my cats, now I have a lot more trouble sleeping, so I need to have as few distractions as possible.
