My feet hurt when I see them.

I watch TV while I mylot. And I stop watching when commercials appear. But it seems that our eyes peek anyway. And I see the commercial for the highest stilettos. I ask you, my women friends here. Do any of you wear stilettos? Have you ever worn them? I have seen in news poor Queen Letizia of Spain wear them and she looks like it hurts. But her husband is very tall and someone must have told her that she should be a bit tall too. The highest shoes I ever wore were not too high heeled. But I am tall so I did not have to reach for the boys when we danced. How about you?

I had two pairs of sandals almost identical to those in the photo, one black and one white. I wore high heels until a few years ago. Now I still wear heels but no more 10 cm. I go for 3 to 5 cm and it's good for me. I have always felt comfortable wearing high heels.

I never wore over than 3 to 5 cm at the most. But after my back surgery, the doctor said I´d have to wear thick heels. They weren´t beautiful at all.

@LadyDuck After my surgery I bought a lot of beautiful no heels sandals for summer. And I used boots in winter. But now I only wear Skecher flip ins and flip flops during summer. I have a pair of sandals for summer use but none are as good as the old ones I had.

@marguicha I am not tall, so I always wore high heels. I understand that after back surgery it's not something you can wear. I know that thick heels are not pretty.

I think I parted with high heels when I had back surgery. But they never were so high as the ones I showed here.

I have never been a fan of high heels. I laughed at the ladies at work who all tried to out-do each other in dress and be up to date in style and fashion. I stayed with my comfy attire and shoes. And now at this day and age, it is all about comfort for me.

@marguicha Yeah, I never went over 2 inches. I think I bought a pair of 3 inches but didn't wear them often.

I wore spike heels in the 60s. They weren't as high as some of the shoes today. Have a good day.

I am not tall. But I seldom wear high heel shoes. I think the highest one I wore was about 2 inches.

I remember once when I was in my 30s I bought a pair of heels, not stilettos, and when I walked in them I found it difficult to move as I would with loafers, I gave them to good will and never bought another pair

I had medium high heels when I was young. But only for occations. I used low heel sandals all summer.

When I was younger, up until about my late 30's I wore very high heels. I always felt comfortable in them. But those days are gone now.

Now that we have WiFi again at the new place- I am able to watch all the streaming things. I have discovered that Pluto streaming service has a TON of stuff. IT's completely free too. They do live stuff like cable channels and then On Demand. I have been watching the 90s show Sabrina the Teenage Witch. The live action one, that I grew up watching. It starts Melissa Joan Hart. My niece in Lousiana called tonight and is watching it via video chat with me. So that's kind of sweet. I kinda just went off on a tangent, sorry about that. This is the best I have felt all day. I used to wear heels. Stilettos for a very brief time. I preferred the platform or wedge style. Or heeled boots.
