A lottery winner thanks her boyfriend who encouraged her to buy a lottery ticket

A Montogomery County female who refused to give out her name due to privacy reasons took the advice from her boyfriend to play a Powerball ticket since he lives in a state that does not play lottery to spend a few dollars to play lottery games.
The nickname of the female lottery winner is "Olney Woman" decided to take the advice of her boyfriend to play a Powerball lottery that won her $50,000 dollars.
The Olney Woman winner did collect her winnings in Baltimore after she won the lottery winnings on the Aoril 20 drawing.
It remains to be seen if the Olney Woman will give a percentage of her lottery winnings since her boyfriend asked her to buy the lottery tickets or will she remain greedy and keep the winnings for herself.

I didn't know that some states in America still ban lotteries, and games of chance, like Alabama, and Nevada, for example.
It seems that asking your mate in another state to buy a ticket for you is ok, though.
I wonder if lottery winnings are allowed to cross the border into these states too. Maybe they do not like lottery winnings either.
The lady was lucky indeed, and she should share some of her winnings with her boyfriend, or at least visit him, to take him out to dinner, with some of her winnings.

I think it is okay for persons to cross into states and play lotteries since there are reports of persons who do buy lottery tickets in state that allow lottery tickets to be sold.
