That was a surprise...

I was at the table trying to finish my letter, when I looked out the window and saw a mail truck. The driver got out and came up to my building, and while it's hard to see where people go when they go past a certain point out my window, since he left so fast I could tell that he hadn't gone upstairs, so I looked out my front door, and sure enough, there was a package!
At first I thought that it was a gift I'd gotten for someone, but then when I saw where it was from (QVC) I realized that it was a can opener I'd ordered. The can opener I had was a "safety" type can opener, and the last few times I tried to use it, it wouldn't even open the can, just made marks.
I sure hope that this can opener works better!

I hate when I order something online & it doesn't work cause that means
I have to take time to send it back & wait for another 1 so I don't buy
online for stuff like that I buy it at the store where I can test it out.

@xstitcher we see them out on Sundays every once in awhile. I Wouldn't say it was every Sunday. but it is way more common than it used to be.
I'm surprised that I got a comment back from you tonight. I thought you usually went to bed earlier. lol

Thank you, I hope so too! Not having a can opener that works has been a pain.
