The high saturated fat in palm oil

Palm oil is very common especially in West Africa where is used in preparing many cuisines but little do people know that it contains high saturated fat. The high saturated fat in the oil makes it unhealthy and has been linked to a number of heart related issues, yet people dont seem to slow down on this oil.

Switzerland is banning all products containing palm oil, it's cheap but it's very bad, not to mention that it's the main cause of Amazon deforestation.
Palm oil corporations acquire forest land and establish new plantations; this causes the deforestation.

I didnt know they grow so much palm trees in the Amazon jungle.
