Blood pressure is much better right now

I just took it for the 3rd time since I got back here after work. It was like 158/118 twice at 2 hours apart but at least the heart palpitations had stopped. I just did it again and it is down to 118/94. I'll take it! Yes I obviously need to get back on BP meds again. I used to be on 4 different ones but then I lost 90 pounds and needed just 1 small dose each evening. When I ran out I was just like "whatever" since I've let all of my prescriptions run out. Today was not fun with the heart palpitations and feeling like I was going to faint for hours. I need to get back on something. Still I feel much better now seeing that the BP is closer to normal. I am feeling fine and am not thinking that I will stroke out tonight.

I'm glad your blood pressure returned to normal. You need to talk to your doctor about going back on the BP meds.

It's fantastic that you managed to reduce your medication so much! Glad you feel much better now. A few days ago I was listening to a radio programme about the benefits of ground flax seeds in reducing blood pressure, maybe you could try adding some to your diet?
Why feasting on flaxseeds could reduce inflammation, blood pressure and benefit your skin

I'm glad your BP is much better. My husband has a constant problem with his being too low. I think he's on some meds for high BP. Maybe they should rethink that! Have a good day.
