What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I'm having a leftover stuffed red bell pepper. It is filled with a mixture of ground beef, jasmine rice, sauteed onion and zucchini, fresh parsley, grated Monterey Jack cheese, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. I'm pretty hungry tonight so I will have a side of balsamic-marinated cucumbers. Yum!
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I was going to make spinach cream pancakes but I wasn´t hungry. So I ate a sweet pancake and brought a cup of coffee to my bedroom. Maybe later I´ll make a proper dinner.

I had Meals on Wheels for lunch - turkey, and a PB&J sandwich for dinner. It was disappointing because I switched from Sara Lee bread to Walmart's Great Value bread; and it was SO DRY!
