I guess you have noticed or some of you that use PP alot have noticed that they have added more terms and conditions, hyper wallet on some sites etc. Now, this does not seem to affect all accounts because I have a second account that has no extra terms and conditions on it. So, go figure. Anyway, I went to ask a question on the PP community, which I assumed consisted of smart users..merchants and so forth that used PP..but apparently it is monitored heavily by PP. They said I couldn't use the ID I chose on that forum account..because it looked like it contained sensitive info. I had to pick another one..so The ID I had used is the same name as my regular PP account.
I was kind of freaking out because I thought they meant they were suspending my regular PP account as well. However, when I went back and re read the message, there was no mention of that whatsoever. The account appears to be intact, I was planning on asking them if I could have it restored for 30 days because I am expecting payments coming in in the next two weeks for probably 150.00 or more. (This is when I thought they meant my regular PP account)Two complicate the issue, I have a business account with the same login name but different email and pword..they said nothing about that. I don't really want to call them and have them look into this because it seems the main account is intact, no messages on it..no limitations..However, I don't want to be expecting money to come in and have it not be there or be blocked. That is what started this whole thing..another site kept telling me I had a cashout in progress..but nothing came through. I was asking PP if they had any insight into that, and I got this email..from the forum. I mean I am willing to change the login if necessary, but I want the money I have coming first..It would be much simpler for me not to change it because I have a lot of things set up for that address. You would call me a heavy PP user.

Me too. I can test it by doing an internal transfer from the other PP account, but that might not e a conclusive test.

I also have two accounts. I use one more than the other. I have not had any warnings. I hope yours is okay.

This wasn't on the account itself as I mentioned..they didn't seem to like the word on the community forum.

This maybe just minor. But between Mylot pay and survey pay I had about forty dollars, and I had charge on my PayPal credit, instead of adding it to my PayPal credit they took the earned money for payment. So, I changed the way to bank deposit instead of Paypal. I was got off with. Not as serious as yours but serious to me.

PP seemed like they used to be alot better than they are now. Another issue I had is when I was trying to get my amount for the year..they had no clue what it was..gave me the total I had earned for the month or something. Plus I should have had a 1099 come out. I never got one.

This makes me glad that I don't use it much, only to buy a few things and get payment for the LPs I sell online.

They aren't as good as they used to be. I am not the only one having issues with them.

Thanks, as long as they don't try to disable my account, it should be OK. That would cause an issue for sure.

I have had a PayPal account for about 10 years, and until now there have been no problems.
Paypal's new conditions and regulations are normal and I just follow them.
