Buy because of promotion.

Yesterday, my daughter went to buy milk. She bought a new type of milk just because they were giving away a colorful plastic cup! I do not recommend purchasing just because of the promotional item attached. I think we should buy things we need and things that suit our needs rather than buying things because we like the promotional items attached. How do you think?

I totally get that colorful cups can be tempting, but remember, it's what's inside that really counts! Let's stick to buying what we need and what works best for us. Your thoughtful choices make a difference.

Occasionally I fall into the trap of promotions, but very rarely. Buying products is of no use, promotional items cannot be used :) Therefore, I want to teach my children the right way to buy products. But I feel like it might take a long time for my child to understand :)

@tkonlinevn It's great that you're mindful of avoiding the promotion trap! Teaching kids about wise consumer choices is so important, even if it takes a bit of time for them to fully grasp. Patience and persistence often pay off in the long run. Plus, the lessons they learn now will serve them well throughout their lives. You're doing a fantastic job!

@annierose Thank you very much. I'm still trying to learn and teach my kids every day. They are still too small.

We can buy the item we need in larger quantities to receive an additional gift. But we shouldn't buy something we don't use because we want a gift, right? :)

I think that you are right. I never buy anything because of the promotional item attached.

Have you ever been tempted because you liked a promotional item so much? :)

It happened to me to buy something just because I liked a promotion, but I only buy products that I need and use regularly.

In my opinion, some promotion were just scammer, they re-package old products as new one, sometimes, combine the old products with new into a package, then sold them.We should keep sensible to promotion,to recognize real promotions.

I have encountered a number of cases of used goods being sold at reduced prices. But I have not encountered defective products with promotions. Maybe I'm lucky. And I usually rarely buy things that are heavily promoted.
