I like those apple cider vinegar gummies I mentioned the other day. The ones I mentioned kept me awake that time. Now I only take them in the morning, and they seem to function like an energy drink. I was noticing I had alot of pep in my step when I was at Walmart yesterday. Normally, I find walking throughout the store to be a bit bothersome and or tiring especially when it is my last stop..but didn't,t bother me at all yesterday. I credit the good for you energy gummie.Have you ever used a anything that made all the difference?

@LadyDuck It tastes horrible by itself.I have done that too. Tablets are fine, but these gummies actually taste good.

@snowy22315 I remember I tried apple cider vinegar in the water, but it did not work, I had terrible stomach pain.

Well yeah, especially with your hectic schedule. If you get something like that, take them in the AM though so it doesn't interfere with sleep.

@snowy22315 If it gives me the energy to get my walking every day it would be a plus. By the time I get home from a walk on the trail, I'm beat.

I’m using electrolyte tablets that dissolve in the mouth, and I think they are giving me the energy they claim to provide. It’s great to hear the Apple Cider Vinegar gummies are working for you!

When I was in college, my dad sometimes made me drink water with one tea spoon of apple cider. The apple cider helped me gain focus on my studies. It also helped me lose a bit of weight. Some people told me that a bit of apple cider can sometimes help with one's diet, but too much can lead to kidney problems.

Well, I don't think you want to take more than the recommended dose. ACV has a whole host of benefits. It is very palatable in the gummy form.
