Is it good to stare at cleavage?

I have seen lots of people who stared at cleavage for long? is it good habit? I think they should be slapped in open..
What do you think?and is it true that girls almost care about it? I don't guess.. because I neither have gf nor I ask such questions to any girl..

Well I have noticed that many guys seem to put their eyes in that direction, yes. I don't see how girls can get mad though when they wear low cut tops that show it off, it's almost like they are asking for it. If a girl is covered up and a guy is looking at her chest, I can understand why she'd be offended.

yeah you are very much right dear.. 10/10 for your answer but well I also don't blame only girls also because you know guys have freedom to go out in just underwear also and when girl is wearing a low cut top guys staring.. its not fair but whatever is going in guy's mind make him to look there. nothing else.. hmm hope I am not wrong..

no it so many times makes me embarrassed.. imagine what happen if someone just staring at you and situations are such that when we need to stand bent or down

It's OK to glance. After all, if a woman doesn't want you to look, then why show it? However, staring is just rude.

I have mixed feelings about this i try not to but its hard when the lady flounts them like they want you too stare at them but hey i guess thats a guy for ya
