Is communism possible on this earth?

Hi, I have long thought about the possibility of seeing the true communism on this earth where every human being will be considered same. But, whatever time i put in brainstorming on this topic, I get two answers only First one is that it is NOT possible to have it. Second one is that it should NOT happen. I arrive at the first conclusion simply due to fact that with the current explanation(s) of cummunism we imply that there should not be any aspiring person existing in the world. Which of course is impossible. So at any stage of building up of a communist society, we will have severe opposition from the aspiring people. They will always try to be ahead of the flock. Thus sooner or later trigger the same quest of supremacy that we see in our current society. I arrive at the second answer because, if the current format of communism triumphs and we succeed to make an 'equal' society, then we surely are at a loss as a human being where humans will even fall down from the level of even animals. Even animals have their freedom in the jungle, but humans will not have even that freedom in a communist society. Human nature is to grow and grow and grow...in whichever directions he/she wants to. To block his/her growth in the name of equality is to commit greatest sin. So I think that Communism is impossible and even if it is possible, it should never happen.
