Sky TV Playing up in bad weather!

our sky tv plays up really bad when there's a bit of wind or rain,it's really annoying when you really want to watch a program but the picture keeps breaking up all the way through,anyone else having this problem with Sky tv?

I don't know if you are talking about sky angel or not. We used to have sky angel and dish network but switched to cable because the weather messed up the reception.
