how to send my discussion to 'todays hot topics'

I didnot reached there, Did any of your discussions displayed in hot topics,If you reached there please advice me how to make my discussion.

the site will decide to send or not your discussion to the hot topic..but one way you can sned your discussion to the hot topic buy posting a quality topic.

but still i would like to know what are the major factors that decides it .does for example a topic on politics gets priority over sports ? Again if there are two topics pretty close and is of of great quality then how do they choose ?

the major point which can help your topic to be sent to the hot topic is start an interesting topics which all peoples get attracted with.
