Ok I need more Ideas for referals

Hello I want everybody to add ideas and ways they get referals. This is free to join and people here that joined early and started building a referal base will make allot of money and all you have to do is spend a little time here ever day and make a few posts in your intrest topic or another topic. So I need more Ideas on how to get people to sign up for a free money making opertunity. And then most of all a way to show them how simple it is to get others to join under then to make referal commisions also. Dose anybody have a idea on how we can make a viral email to send to friends and others to get the word out? Lets work togeather on this and come up with a mastermind group for this and then we can do other programs also that are free to join that pay! and use the same methods. Dose this make sence to anybody? We should all be able to make allot of money with tested a proven free to join paid programs!
