I just finished reading A Winter Haunting by Dan Simmons. It was creepy but good. I'm now reading Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood and am about halfway through. It's a strange futuristic novel that I'm enjoying. Before Winter Haunting, I read another book by Margaret Atwood, The Blind Assassin, which was a combination memoir, family history, and scifi novel.

I love crime/fiction books and the last book I read was by Lynda Laplant. I was loaned it from a friend and I think I am going to be addicted to this author now as well as a couple of others. It was very easy to read and very hard to put down.

I just finished reading Unleash the Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon. It was a very good book. One of many in a series of 17 so far. She seems to add a new one every so often. They are great! I don't want them to end.

The last book I had read was the Christmas Mystery of Gardner. It is interesting, amusing and definitely fun to read, plus you'll learn some valuable things along the way. Yes, I would highly recommend it, so does his other book, Soophie's World.

The last book I've read was The Leadership Secrets of Jesus. It was a great book. I've learned a lot from it. I'd recommend that to everyone else. But if they want something fiction and adventurous, I'd recommend Nathan's Run by John Gilstrap.

my last book i´ve read was "Elves winter" written by "Bernhard Hennen". he´s a german book author. the story leant on the whole story "Lord of the rings". in germany i know some autors which have written leant on this story. one author has written about the orks, one has written about smurfs and so on. that´s very interesting if you have read lord of the rings. that are other book authors but that´s ok, i think. you have to read it.

The last book that I read was Mansfield Park by Jane Austin. She's always been one of my favorite authors and even though Pride and Prejudice seems to get the most recognition, I think that Mansfield Park was her best work.

I just read Calm, Cool, and Adjusted by Kristin Billerbeck. It is a Christian chick book that is a very fun read. Calm, Cool, and Adjusted is the third book in the series, The Spa Girls. All 3 are equally enjoyable and just flat out fun to read. I highly recommend these books to any woman wanting to just relax and enjoy a good Christian novel.

The lst book I read was "Cross" by James Patterson. Very quick read. It is about Alex Cross, who is portrayed in other Patterson-based movies by Morgan Freeman. (Along Came A Spider, Kiss the Girls) Good book.

Cannot remember the last time I had the time to finish a book. Some time last year, I'm sure. Since this year started, I've held many books, but have not finished any because I get distracted all the time. Now currently reading Allende's Eva Luna. I read her House of the Spirits and it's one of the most chilling books I've ever read. Definitely interesting because it's about human psyche, cross-cultural beliefs and social history.
