were you closer to your mom or your dad?/

I was way much closer to my Dad, but he passed away when I was 12, so now I am close to my Mom.

I get along very well whit my parents. When i was a child i used to borrow money from my father because he will understand and wont ask for motives mom always asks what i'm going to do whit them.But when i had a problem i would tell my mom because she was the only one who had the time and the patients for my problems, dad always sad to cry to my mom.

I was really closer to my mom. My dad wasn't around alot. I still look up to my mom to this day, and ask for her advice. She was always a great mother. She's more than that. She is My hero!

I have always been closer to my dad, i grew up with two older brothers and i'm the youngest and i was always a tomboy so i have always felt more comtfortable talking to my dad.

i am a complete mama's child. my father is a wonderful person with all good attributes and full of love and care and a whole of pamperings. but the fact that he is an engineer and his profession demanded off and on travelling, have made me bit distanced from him. i had lived without him for years and that was my adolescent period and i guess i got closer to my mom during that time. she is a friend, a teacher, a mentor, she is a doll. i just cannot do without her. thank you for a nice discussion. *and one last thing patrice, my regards to your parents, they look so bonded in the snap.

Im not closer to any one of them. I hate them, Im close to my girlfriend you has supported me in my every second and in every micro second of my life :)

im closer to my dad, and probably always will be. My dad hasnt betrayed me like my mother has, nor has he chosen a partner over his own daughters....and hes always treated me good unlike my selfish mother :)

Yeh i'm close to my dad as i will discuss everything with him.

dad was my best confidant, i really feel free around him cos of his rich understaniding, and i tell you he was always there unlike my mum( lets not talk about it today)

well, im much closer to my mom.she's my bestfriend.i told her my secrets and all what i have done either its good or bad.she's a good listener and adviser too.i love you mom!

i am closer to my mom. i have a stepfather, but that is not the reason why i was not close to him. when i was about 10 years old, he worked in another country and only comes home every 3 to 4 years. so it was like he was'nt there when i was growing up. right now, i have job opportunities abroad, but i hesitated because i dont want that to happen to my kids.

well in my case...before when i'm stil a kid i'm a mommy's boy..but now i'm much closer to my dad than my mom because my mom & i have a problem...so thats why i'm much closer to my dad now.

I was closer to mah mom....but it doesnt mean dat i m not so close with mah dad.. but mah mom passed away about a year ago and i miss her alot...

My mother passed away in year 2000. Now i am very closed with my Father. I hope my father will have long life.
