Legalizing Marijuana: should it be made legal?

Legalizing marijuana would probably solve a lot of problems...unfortunately, I'm afraid it'll cost more than it can pay. Marijuana is illegal for a reason. Think about how wide spread and popular cigarettes are... now,if pot was legal, imagine that it'd be the exact same way. Right now that probably seems okay, but in ten or fifteen years when you have a kid who can go buy pot off the shelves... well, i bet that'll change your mind.
