chelsea and the Champion leage

hi friends : i'm Egyptian but i know sure about the english football much .. and i know about that chelsea team not is the best there but may i ask when chelsea will win the European Champions Leage ? i think if the players do them best in the playground they may reach the 1st place as a big European team ..i see barca win it easy but i like the english teams so i want one of this teams win this cup special chelsea .. in other hand what happen to sheva ? he is good player but i see that the whole team not go down and maybe lose them chance to win the English Champoin ..the last year they was too much great players which make chelsea is the winner all the season but this days it lose '' not much .. but lose'' anyway i wait your comments about my words and the ways that chelsea should do to win almost :)
