Little stars besides your name.

hey those stars are your rating after you complete a hundred posts.. it denotes your mylot reputation, the higher the number, the better your reputation. i believe this goes a long way in increasing your potential earnings in mylot. someway or the other they do help...so keep posting quality stuff and keep that number in your star high. hope i was of some help:)

From what I have learned. The star ratings are how you are being rated by people. The more positive ratings the higher your star is. The way you get positive ratings is to write good quality comments or discussions. Make them at least three sentences and readable. Soon your star will shine with a big number ten.

i also have some doubts on this star rating.one of my friend said that it will be calculated on the basis of + and - given to you.i also found that when you have no unresolved discusion(discussion which not selected a best response) increase star rating.i am not sure!also give a rating for every discussion you participated.may be it help also best response you won too help increase star ratings

i think its your reputation and keep it with good responses
