squash, pear, apple, banana, avocado, brocolli . . .all should be cooked well except for banana and avocado, and make sure the baby drinks a lot of water to avoid constipation . . .you can also offer rice since he is already 10 months

You can give your kid mashed carrots, which is rich in beta carotene. I've heard that bananas and avocados are very nutritious and you should maintain that for your child. Just veer away from extremely sugary stuff for your child so that he will not accumulate fat.

10 months old is old enough to have him try almost anything. You can check out babycenter.com for more info on this.

You can practically try anything. Just remember to give a 3-5 day trial for each new food to observe for any allergic reaction and try to give it earlier in the day (breakfast) so you'd be able to see if he reacts to that. I wouldn't try the honey or seafoods yet at this stage, though.

in addition, try to give her also rice with the sauce/soup of the viand everybody's eating. we usually eat sinandomeng rice because when I add hot water/soup for my baby's food, it gets to be really soft. the rice expands/swells when you cook it, depending on the volume of water you put in the pot.
