do you take medicine everyday?

I take my birth control pills everyday. Other than that I do not take any. I am not a big fan of medicines I think they harm the body more than heal it. When I am down with cold and flu I just double my intake of ascorbic acid and drink lots of water and juices.

I take birth control every day, and I take Motrin at least three times a week for my headaches. Other than that, no regular medicine here!

I only take medicine when I'm sick...really sick like fever. If its only cough and colds, I don't take any medication, just water and some calamansi juice. I don't want my body to be dependent to medicines. I have no maintenance of vitamins or any energy-giving medicines. I don't get sick that often that's why I'm not into taking medicines.(",)
