I cook 7 nights a week I shop for the food and have to come up with new and different ideas to please my child and get her to eat each evening. Any ideas about dinner? We like beef pork and chicken. Most all vegs and fruit. I am just at a stalemate. Need easy but great receipes and ideas...

one of my easy and favorite recipies is turkey tacos. take ground turkey, cook it with taco seasoning. use tortillas, garnish with lettuce, tomato, cheese and salsa. its really easy to make and very yummy. also you save on fat by getting turkey instead of beef. I also love stirfrys, which are a great way to intregrate veggies into dinner. I usually stirfry shrimp or chicken, toss in an asian sauce, even soy sauce will do. Make a side of rice and your done. its super easy. I also love a lasgna type of pasta toss. use curly pasta, toss will ground turkey or beef, layer it in big bowl like lasgna with ricotta, parm, mozzerella and sauce.

This is real easy and your child will love it.Extra cheesy chicken.Boil you chicken, you can use strips or whatever.Set aside.Boil egg noodles until done.Drain and put in casserole dish.Melt some velvetta cheese and chedder cheese with some milk and butter in small pan.Pour most of the mixture in with the noodles, make sure it is covered well.Put the chicken on top.Add more cheese to the leftover cheese mixture.Make sure it is thick.Pour over top of chicken pieces,Sprinkle some bread crumbs ontop and bake.I use 350 till it starts to crust because remember every thing is cooked already. My family asks for this at least 2 times a week.I never use measurements,I just go by taste.

Lasagne, shepherds pie, porcupines (meatballs with rice cooked in tomato soup), quiche or even a thin steak placed on foil topped with french onion soup mix, sliced tomato and bacon - wrap it up and place in the oven for 30 mins on 180 degrees celcius. YUM.
