a very weird question..but !!!

Does anyone ever get those little white things in their nails? can anyone tell me what those caused by??

i was too told that the white things in your nails are due to the lack of calcium! :o) i used to get them alot but now i never really get them!

That is very interesting. I use to get those when I was a kid and I was told that they are calcium deposits, however, I could be wrong. I don't even remember who told me that.

I am unsure! I always thought that they were due to calcium and zinc defiency. I think your first response probably covered just about everything in her post!

if you hit your nail on something, or if there is a medical problem. OR if you just got your acrylic nails taken off
