How do you keep fit.

I normally go on my Crosstrainer at home,what about you.

Iplay on the beach with my dog for about an hour each day.

I go to the gym five times a week, I also do ten minutes on the crosstrainer as a warm up, rowing machine then 5km on the treadmill, as well as weight training, my sessions usually take about 90 minutes. I build muscle as well as burn fat, it's great for keeping me fit, healthy and stress-free!

for me its simply work and walking. I live at the top of a very high hill and walking up home is all the physical exertion i need
