how can i stay slim or just lose wieght?

i've been suffering with my wieght proble for a couple of years now i've tried almost everything but nothing seems to work.any suggestions?

Yes! I lost 30 lbs with regular exercise and by using this excellent free weight loss website where I could track all my food eaten which calculated the calories and fat etc. for me called www.sparkpeople.com . Check it out! It's totally free and has excellent tips and advice and articles on weight loss and health as well as chatboards for members to ask questions and give each other encouragement.

Very good advice! You know being a member of an online community is really a wonderful way to stay on track. I lost 25 lbs while contributing to a similar site last year. I felt I had great support and was inspired by the stories and even struggles of the other women there. You'll learn a lot about what works, what doesn't, and possibly make changes that will keep you on track for the rest of your life.

Check out http://WomensHealthMadeEasy.blogspot.com There are some good sources on there are my friend who lost a lot of weight used some of those sources. Good luck to you. Obviously, a healthy diet and exercise is the key. These sources will help.

Drink lots of water. Eat small quantities throughout the day. Do not eat past 8pm. Make sure you excercise a lot.
