I love to try anything new, just to spice up our menu. I had a friend last month tell me about Greek Seasoning. As much as I loved the flavor it gave the salt in it was too much for me. So I'd like to get some ideas about different spices to try or even recipes to try them in.

I love cinnamon too. I even put it in my coffee. If it will sit still long enough I'm sure it will taste better with cinnamon. lol

I'm a big garlic fan. I love garlic pepper. Makes the best garlic toast ever!! It tastes great on steaks, hamburgers, potatoes and cooked veggies. I think I've kind of gotten addicted to it. :) I also like to use lemon juice in cooking in replacement of salt. It adds a lot of flavor without the sodium.

Wow seems like everyone likes heat. I can't do real hot stuff, for some reasons I get blisters in my mouth when I eat that stuff.

My mother used to make alot of curry dishes when I was younger, didn't care for them much then. And I have been scared to try it now that I'm older.(Bad Memories) But I might just have to break down and try it again. Thanks for the response.
