Have u ever or Would u lie in an INTERVIEW ????

i have just arrived from a interview,and yes i lied a bit regarding the experience of the same work.As i knew the interviewer is not gonna cross check my ezperience,i anyhow wanted to grab the post and i did watever was in my hands,if it was a lie i dont regret that.
Afterall everything is fair when there is a war among many for 1 post.
Have u also ever lied in an interview,,or will u lie if u come across such situation????
Do u think I shud not have lied,,and why ???
