breakfast is the most important meal in the whole day for me...I am a thin person and it seems that during the night I consume all my energy...therefore I need to eat in the morning..but moreover I like having breakfast....unfortunately I don't have enough time..I am always in a hurry, just all we might know...I have to drive a long way before I reach my work place and therefore I wake up early in the morning and I have to be very fast prepared...no matter how few time I have, I am always having my cup of cereals and some biscuits...different thing is having my favourite breakfast...on Sundays I have my breakfast quietly...I put on my favourite music, have my book with me and have jogurth and cereals and fruit with a cup of hot green tea...wonderful start!

Well I get enough time to have breakfast.Though i don;t have enough time i will had my breakfast then i will go to work.As breakfast is compulsory to be active rest of the day.It will be ok after having breakfast you don't have anything for long hours. Usually we complet our dinner at 8-9 pm and after till 7-8 it nearly 12 hours our stomach will remains idel and it is very long gap we shold not give more than this.So we have to do breakfast. As health is wealth. If your in a good condition then only you can do your work properly.Otherwise every thing will gone wrong. So take care and have breakfast in time every day.

during weekdays when mornings are always in a hurray to catch up the bus for ofc time , breakfast is usually of the quickest thing to do. i usually have a cup of oatmeal with milk & banana or a bread loaf with scrambled egg & fruit juice or granola bar with coffee & fresh fruit. for weekends or no work day a good breakfast to enjoy like french toast with ham & egg or rice with sausage & sunny side-up egg or garlic rice with crispy fried fish & tomato salad . good breakfast to boast up our energy for the day ! that's why when there are some leftovers from dinner i will try to reheat it & make a good breakfast ;)

When I was working it was hard to make a good breakfast. Now that I am not working it is easier however, my family don't realy have time to sit for long. I like to make everything in the form of sandwiches or portable meals. My daughter loves grinola bars and they are healthy and fast. I also fix pancakes and roll sausage in them and out the door everyone goes. I use flat bread to roll up an egg cheese and bacon sandwich. There are many ways to shorten breakfast.

Breakfast just means breaking your fast. After dinner your body goes without food for over 10 hrs. Lot of research has proven that missing break fast will lead to many complications in your health. Miss anything in life but not breakfast. If time is constraint, keep changing what you have in the morning, you can add variety like, noodles, corn flakes, bread, rice etc..

Breakfast - Home cooked Breakfast
On weekday, I am always rushing to send the kids to school and getting to work on time. And breakfast is just sandwich that I grab from the company cafeteria. I do not have the time to enjoy it. On Weekend, time is with me and I will cooked my family favorite breakfast, Sunny side up egg, bacon, ham and bake bean and with a cup of freshly brew coffee. All will sit down and enjoy the breakfast.

Except some time I have enough time for breakfast everyday. But when I have no enough time for break fast I take some food and I eat it in my destination when I reach there.
