Two hours maximum spend on internet at one day .... currently using internet explorer browser

If it is a non working day, i can stay in front of the computer for the whole day and night. Only to break when its time to eat, bath or pee. Most of the time i spend an average of 8 hours online surfing and playing games. I am on Firefox.

I'm using Firefox right now, and I usually lose track of the time I spend on line, because I'm so distracted by what it is that I'm doing.
