You should take a swim class and try to learn. My guess is that the salt water at the beach is probably helpful to irrigate your sinuses.

Vaporizers may be purchased in almost any department store or chemist. Typically, you have to use remedies such as menthol and eucalyptus with the vaporizers (in the water). In the summer, when it’s hot and stuffy, try using the air conditioner for your sinuses. You’d be surprised at how it not only cools you off, but improves your breathing immensely. Also, if you can avoid it, stay indoors in the springtime, away from the blooming trees and flowers and get into the house with your air conditioner turned on low. Medicated vapor rubs may be purchased at almost any store carrying medications. They may be used alone or with vaporizers. Sometimes, it’s effective to use them on and around your nose and sinus areas before bed; never use them inside of your nose or mouth. Water is essential at all times, but drinking water throughout the day and mostly before bed seems to keep your sinuses in check and clear throughout the night into the early morning. Anything that you can slurp that is hot and spicy (or contains garlic, pepper, or horseradish root, etc.) is usually very effective in the draining of sinuses. Try it sometime. You’ll be surprised at how fast you have to run and get some tissues! I hope this gives you a few ideas.

Hey ma_lorena. There is a great solution. Have you tried Nikken? It is a Japanees way of wholistic healing. It not only might take care of your sinusitis, it is also important for maintaining your health. You say you already tried many things - I recommend trying this one. If you want, contact me. It is possible to get it in the Phillipines also.

You should try nasal irrigation, there are many devices to do this that aren't too expenive. I just started it and it really seems to help my sinus pain and pressure. Here's a site where they have a few different products to choose from. www.natallergy.com/cat/39/nasal-irrigation-sinus-rinsing.html The product I use is the Nasaline Nasal Irrigator. It's not the cheapest product on the site, but I got it because it looked easy to use. So far I haven't had any problems with it.

hi!i suggest that you consult a physician to check if what you are suffering is really sinusitis or not...,because as far as i know, sinusitis is associated with a more serious disease called cystic fibrosis...anyway, i found some informative websites regarding sinusitis. i hope these will help. http://www.niaid.nih.gov/factsheets/sinusitis.htm http://www.entnet.org/healthinfo/sinus/sinusitis.cfm
