Alienware computers??

I am considering to buy a fast and reliable computer that's good for gaming, working and will last some time. Many of my friends have given me the suggestions of either Alienware, Macs or dell computers. Personally i prefer Alienware computers because they seem to have the best technology, a good case but apparently don't have good customer service. Alienware computers are also quite expensive. On the other hand dell computers are reliable, fast, quite cheap and are good for working. But they just look like ordinary computers. Last of all macs, they are good, but i just don't like they setting they have. So guys, should i get alienware, macs or dell computers? or maybe you guys could give me more sugesstions? .
