hmmmmmmmmm, i think its good if you are a dynamic person and has a good communication, with out it you are no where in hr management, i think it all depends on you attitude

an mba shows you an organization as a whole, how each department functions and different ways to think out of the box. if you get an mba, you may learn a lot of things but it doesn't really allow you to specialize in one field. unlike a degree in human resources management, it will allow you to specialize in human resource management. enroll in a human resources management if your interest and field is in that area. but as for myself, i'm an mba student right now. i think i made the right choice. i meet people from different fields and organizations. these people are not just my classmates, they also serve as my teachers. thru them i learn new things. because they expose me to ideas that i would not normally encounter in my field.

it depends on one's own interests and skills . if you have leadership skills then you can select the Human Resources Management . if you are good at accounting then you can go for Fi-Co ... ...

hi..i wl personally prefer hr because i feel i like connecting wid people....but overall finance is the most coveted option due to higher pay packages attached to finance jobs...
