When DO we say NO!!!!?

We Say NO if the things we will do will hurt us or hurt someone else? BUT saometimes its relly hard to say NO...IF a friend or someone you lOVE ask you t0...? would you say NO?

It all depends on what I am saying no to. there had been times that I did something that I should of said no to but I did it anyway. Welcome to MYLOT.
