Where do you draw the line?

I grew up in a slightly disunctional family and prefer to say yes instead of say no and face the consequences. I cannot stand confrontation and hat ebeing yelled at. So, when people ask me to help them out or do a favor I say, SURE. I have now reached the point where my plate is too full and I get stressed just figuring out my schedule. When do you draw the line. Do I suddenly have to become a b*tch to everyone or just start with anyone who asks me from now on?

Hi, First and foremost within anything there must be balance. So if your saying yes all the time there's no balance. Don't be afraid of what people will think (it's just a feeling)and it too shall pass. You will definitely learn to be o.k with "NO". You don't have to be confrontational say it nicely "NO". You have a choice in everything you do. Do what feels right to you,If you feel like it then say' yes if not the answer is"NO". GoodLuck
