childhood memories

what is your favorite childhood memory? maby it was a summer vacation or a special trip you took maby a night out to the circus or just a day at the beach, a special park you went to often. we didnt have a lot of money but my mother always did her best, we spent our summers with our cousins at there house in the country,going swimming ballgames,movies,and helping with the family vegetable stand. what special childhood memories do you have? let your mind wander for a monent back to the good old days.

Hi,O.K. it's simple and sweet.My mom had me at a really young age so,one of her favorite things to do was take me to baskin robbins for ice-cream. Normally she only allow me one scoop for some reason this day she let me get 3 scoops.I was sooo excited! we got about 5 steps outside the door I licked it and all of my 3scoops fell to the ground. My mom looked at me ...I had a puppy dog look and the poutty mouth, mom grabbed my hand and we went in and bought another ice-cream cone ...and with 3scoops.

baskin robins was a fav of mine also, such good flavors yummyyyyy i think i would have responded as your mom did i would have gotten you another one , i am a softie that way. thanks for responding.

We as little ones sometimes used to collect cooking material from our houses and all the children cooked together.Some those were little older used to cook,the juniors used to help them. That particular day was a leave to our parents. And the food ...you can imagine..half cooked and half uncooked... but still we enjoyed it too much.
