pls tell me what to say the next time my friend would again ask a favor for me to buy the things she bought but then realized after she bought that she would have to pay their electricity bill,or water bill,or the tuition fee of her kids to school,,the problem with her is that she's an impulsive buyer!!! one time i told her i got no extra money but the truth is that i'm trying to give her a lesson,but i felt guilt!

I don't think you should feel guilty at all. Just tell her that you are saving your money for a real emergency or to make sure you will have enough to buy something you need for yourself and that she should start doing the same.
I really get insulted when other people try to get me to spend money that I have worked hard for on them because they have wasted their own.

Don't feel guilty at all!! She needs to learn not to buy things if her bills are not paid first!! Tell her that you don't have any money or that you don't want the item she wants you to buy. Then explain to her that she needs to write her bills down so she knows how much money she is going to need to pay everything, and whatever is left over she can spend.
