While I was reading the story actually being typed in Misery, the one the author types for Annie, I really enjoyed those parts with his actual story. I think it was really cool and I felt like I was reading a seperate story, one I also liked. (I hope all tha jumble make sense lol). Did anyone else enjoy the actual Misery stories as much as I did?

The book is exceptional. The film is well made but I think that no film, while well done, can do relive the emotions that you live by reading the book. Sometimes it would be better not to watch a film adapted from a book that has already read so you avoid disappointment. I love most to read the book after seeing the film. One of the film is because of the script is changed compared to film. In the film Misey, for example, a scene change is that the feet of the protagonist, while in the book Annie amputed the left foot and one inch to Paul, un the film Annie uses a hammer to break both ankles to Pail.

Yeah, I think way too much was changed in the story. A part in the book that kept me awake (I always read before bed!) was the scene where she kills the young cop that comes to her house with her tractor, and of course when the author see's the cops ghost crawling down the cellar stairs. I don't know why they would take such a power, frightening scene out of the movie! It's replacement scene was just...sad. lol.
