Help me. I just wanna a change in my life.

I don't know exactly how many people have the same problem as I do, but I do believe that I am not the only one. Every morning I keep delaying my getting-up. When I play a game, I just don't wanna have meals. Each time after I finish some sports, I just have an excuse of exhaustion to cancel my study plan. Did you have the same experience? How did you solve this? Any suggestion, whether out of your own experience or just your thoughts, is welcomed.

The same things happen to me. I don`t know why, and I`m sorry that I can`t help. I just don`t know how to help myself neither. If I keep doing this, I`ll end up having really serious trouble at my college, and that will be the worsest thing that could happen, because I love my studies. I keep thinking that it`s because of the spring crisis. Other explanation is, that in February I worked too hard (have I ever slept in that month? I don`t remember) and this is how my organism reacts now. What do I do? I`m waiting for better days to come. I know they will.
