Stress is something everyone goes through. getting up in the morning and going to a job you hate can be stressful yet not become an anxiety problem...People that have problems that they are putting forth and honest effort to fix, that cant seem to get a inch in edgewise.... they deal with anxiety.. when your everyday stress turns into stress that goes on for more then a couple of weeks.... makes you sick in the stomach, makes your head hurt, and keeps you from getting a good nights sleep for weeks on end...that's anxiety. there is a difference....

I have high level of anxiety. It is very hard to cope and live "normal" life. There some of pages I found helpful for me and I hope it will help you. I am doing little steps for more than 10 years, and it is hard but if you try to write down every time what happend:when, why, how you feel,...deep breath,... relaxing tips,...that helps to take some control. I couldn't get out,be alone,...now I can sometime. Stress is something you can avoid or run away from but anxiety-no=that is main difference. less stress =less anxiety-that is true. www.yestolife.com.au www.anxietyaustralia.com.au www.anxietycentre.com
