Can anybody help me get rid of my belly after pregnancy?

I have a big bulging belly after my son was born. He is now 2 1/2 but still the belly persists.... What to do?

Firstly, during pregnancy you should always be cautious of your weight( health)in general, and straight after that you should religiously start some sort of a health clinic in the house. Yoga is an excellent way to reduce that bulge and get toned up everywhere.plus it maintains your beauty and keeps you looking young...

I believe in cardio exercise...there is a piece of exercise quipment at every walmart called a gazzelle...its very effective i hear see from all the reviews ive seen...you can get this gazzelle for around 230.00... for what you you spend on this and the availability you will have when the baby is sleeping...you'd just have to be very dedicated to it every day and work hard... it'll go away

I have the same problem, a bulging belly. I have lost weight elsewhere except for my tummy. My son is already 3 years 3 months. According to my personal trainer, I have to have patience and perseverance. Toning exercises should be done after cardiovascular activities (running, brisk walking, cycling, awimming, etc) or otherwise. Food intake account for 60% of desired result. So, limit fats, carbohydrates and sugar intake. Do not cheat!
