For Women -- What is your opinion when you receive compliments?

From studying it well -- Most women don't prefer to be complimented -- To an extent. We see these movies or even in life when a man sees a beautiful woman they tend to leave remarks or compliments such as "Wow you are gorgeous!" "You have beautiful eyes" Reminds me of the movie Hitch when Eva Mendes was approached by a man that offered her a drink and constantly kept complimenting her with his cheesy conversation. I also find it true that for guys that constantly compliment women -- Women tend to find it boring, uninteresting and unattractive. I do believe if a man learns to talk to woman by using the right words by knowing what's in a woman's heart and learns to encourage -- Then matters will do fine. My girlfriend even told me that matters like this is true and another friend of mine she said this is also true that it is a big turn off. As to say beautiful women here it all the time and look for something unpredictable and original. What do you have to say about this?
