weight loss..err...fat loss

well..i have heavy thighs...only little bit of fats but it annoys me and i want to be fitter..what sort of exercise would help???

Dear Ankitpruthi First of all, learn to love your body now.Unless you love your God's given body, no one can help you. After that then you begin to modify your body's shape and size. When you have an ideal weight, you will automatically becomes healthy. You can bet on it. Exercise alone would not help you to lose weight. You must resign to the fact that we will and can be naturally 'thin'. My best advice for you know is to have a mentor who is naturally thin for 10 years or more. Watch him, follow him, talk to him. By being inside of that person, most of your obesity problems will be solved. You can trust me on this. Truly do believe me. All i can say is Tae bo!it combines strength and cardio training. gets you into shape in no time.
