Free lotto.com - is it true?

I always receive an email from free lotto that i can win a million dollars only if i signed up etc.etc.etc..., and pay a certain amount and charged it to my credit card... i just cant believe this site... maybe it is easier to say that i just can trust it. do you have any experience about free lotto.com? is it true? or just another spam?

free lotto.com advertize too on many sites, for instance i dont remember the exact web page, but when i opened it, it said that you are the 9,9999 visitor on this web page, so you are eligible to win i think $3000, and when i opened the site another day ,it said the same thing. so for me its a scam, so dont trust it.

i think it a scam, i got email from them too. there a few thing you should notice that it isnt authentic. first check your name among the winner list. there a different font and the line is misalign. this prove that it a bot generated email.
and if their giving away 1m dollar., why should they ask us for 19 dollar a month? just deduct it from the 1m if they truly honest.
