i love paid to post but i hate dealing with points

hi if anyone knows asites like mylot paying in cash not dealing with points i will apreciated it cause dealing with points make me sick and boreing 2

My 2 favorite are http://got-paid-forum.com/index.php?autocom=referal&key=636 and http://egold-world.com/forum1/profile.php?mode=register&refer_id=320 , the first paid 2 cent every post and the second paid only 1 cent a post but paid every week with no minimum
