Something LIKE adsense

Hello people I am on the search for something like adsense. Where i may put text/banner ads and post them on a website/blog to make money. I do not want adsense because it pays by check, anyone know of a good site that is legit that pays in another way such as paypal? Or i'd like a paid to post, something where i get paid to blog! Thank you!
