Do you wear your safty/seat belt when you're driving? I know that in the Republic of Georgia it's a man's country so they are to proud to wear theirs. How about your home country???

i come from england and of course we and i wear our safety belts, i am not a fan of having a crash and having my head hit the dashboard, a bit of whiplash is enough for me, why do people not wear them is a question because they are there to save a life and protect you.

I always wear it. My boyfriend always wears it. My boss does not like to wear it. I think it is a very useful thing, but there are many people who does not like it. It is their problem.

I live in Australia and I always put my seat belt on, it's compulsory but I did it before it was compulsory.

In Canada,we have no choice, they have taken away our right of choice again. In some instances,I say yes, they can be a help, but as my father was a firefighter and I was in an occupation that had me getting out of a vehicle fast,we are against them. There are many accidents where timing is the main part of living or dying, and seatbelts can and have cost lives as people panic and can't get them open. I was in a car crash once, and the police told me,that if I had been wearing one(this was before it became law)I would have been killed as a road sign sliced through my steering wheel and would have split my head in half. but as I didn't have it on,I was able to lay sidways and it missed,I do wear it now as it is the law,but I have a nice sharp knife right beside my hand. Blessed be

i am from malaysia. i used to wear the safety belt when i am driving because it is the rule in my country. I knew why people don't like the safety belt (i am one of them) becasue the safety belt will bring me a uncomfortable feeling when i was driving. But, i wear it because i don't want get caught by police trrafic and fined by them, so i wear it.

Well, since am not driving a car yet, i am not wearing one these days. Hehe, anyway, back when i used to drive a few months ago, i always wore a seatbelt. Maybe that was because for one, i was concerned about road safety. ANd, because it was a rule! We were fined if caught without one!

I don't drive,my husband does and he is the driver, but if the police catch you in Canada not wearing a seat belt, it is a hefty fine. If I am in the back seat, I don't. If the belt is too short or I cannot pull it out *(I am not that small) I pull it out as far as I can and hold something on the side of my lap so that it looks as if I have it all out, but that is the fault of the manufacturer.
