Do you like Alanis Morissette? or her songs? Why?

I like her old album which includes "IRONIC". I like the message of that song. Really true happens.

The first time I heard Alanis' songs, I didn't like it. I didn't like Alanis also, i mean appearance wise. She seemed like eccentric for me before. But later on, when I get to listen to her songs in the jagged litlle pill album, most especially the song Your House. I changed my impression of her. I realized that she somehow has a powerful voice. Then I started to appreciate her songs, indeed she's a great composer. Seems like her songs contain the deepest of her heart, the lyrics are all emotionally-charged. Aside from Your House, I also like Mary Jane & Head Over Feet in the jagged little pill album. I also like the Uninvited, that song is the OST of the movie City of Angels.

I loved Alanis when she did the Jagged Little Pill album. It's one of my favorite albums. I'm a quiet type of person and she was like the inner me who wants to get out and be heard. I can totally relate to the album. She was able to put my feelings into words and turned it into perfect songs. That's why i SO love Alanis and Jagged Little Pill.

Yes, I like her since her very first album. The music is great, and the lyrics are meaningful. "Ironic", "You Oughtta Know", "Hand in My Pocket", "Not a Doctor" ... those are very great songs. Actually, I like the debut album the most, I like every songs of that album.

I used to like her a lot more. What really impressed me was the emotion in her voice through all of the songs. the lyrics are also creative, although the meanings are not always clear to me.

Me too, I also like Alanis Morisette. Ironic and Head over Feet are some of my favorite songs of her. She had a good voice and she sings very well. I have known her thru one of my friend. Once I heard her song, I find her voice and songs interesting and great.
